Orders and Shipping
If SABJOL has your product(s) in stock, we will email you a shipping notice confirming that the items have shipped and are en-route to you or, in the case of delivered orders, a special delivery notice confirming the scheduled delivery date; that shipping notice or special delivery notice, as applicable, is our acceptance of your order. You will also receive all details about the carrying courier and tracking number. All orders above $999 enjoy free shipping. A flat shipping fee of $15.10 applies on orders below $999. In-stock orders (excluding scheduled delivery items) normally ship within 2 business days of placing your order. Out-of-stock orders will ship once the item is back in stock. How soon you receive the product(s) depends on the courier and weather conditions. Please follow your order status here.
We may require verification of information prior to the acceptance of any order. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit and PayPal for payment of purchases made through the website. The cardholder or account holder must be the person who places the order. SABJOL does not retain your credit card information following completion of your order by the financial institution issuing the credit card. SABJOL does retain the authorization number for the transaction in case you wish to return the purchase for a credit. The total price of your order will be charged to your credit card or PayPal account when the Site Owner’s shipping notice email has been sent to your email address.

To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right at any time to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever. If the price of any product you order was incorrectly displayed on our website, we will provide you with an opportunity to place an order at the correct price.
